ROW Series is an online indoor rowing competition set over a period of four weeks. One workout is released each Monday at 10am and athletes then have until the Sunday at 10pm to complete the workout and upload their score to our website.
It is an opportunity to measure your progress, keep you motivated and compete with other rowers from around the world.
The competition will consist of 4 events, over 4 weeks -
Monday 26th September 10am – Workout 1 released
Sunday 2nd October 10pm – Workout 1 deadline
Monday 3rd October 10am
– Workout 2 released
Sunday 9th October 10pm – Workout 2 deadline
Monday 10th October 10am
– Workout 3 released
Sunday 16th October 10pm – Workout 3 deadline
Monday 17th October 10am
– Workout 4 released
Sunday 23rd October 10pm – Workout 4 deadline

Anyone aged 18 or older can compete. All you have to do is sign up at www.rowseries.com and log your score each week.
Scoring opens on Mondays at 10am UTC and athletes have until 10pm the following Sunday to complete the workout and submit their score.
