ROW Series is an online indoor rowing competition set over a period of four weeks, one workout is released each Monday at 10am and athletes then have until the Sunday at 10pm to complete the workout and upload their score to the website. 

All that you need to take part is access to a Concept 2 indoor rower.  All abilities are welcome.


Monday 4th April 10am – Workout 1 announced

Sunday 10th April 10pm – Workout 1 closes

Monday 11th April 10am – Workout 2 announced

Sunday 17th April 10pm – Workout 2 closes

Monday 18th April 10am – Workout 3 announced

Sunday 24th April 10pm – Workout 3 closes

Monday 25th April 10am – Workout 4 announced

Sunday 1st May 10pm – Workout 4 closes

Registration opens on 1st March 2022 for athletes to sign up to the competition.
