ROW Series is an online indoor rowing competition set over a period of four weeks, one workout is released each Monday at 10am and athletes then have until the Sunday at 10pm to complete the workout and upload their score to the website. 

All that you need to take part is access to a Concept 2 indoor rower.  All abilities are welcome.


Monday 7th September 10am – Workout 1 announced

Sunday 13th September 10pm – Workout 1 closes

Monday 14th September 10am – Workout 2  announced

Sunday 20th September 10pm – Workout 2 closes

Monday 21st September 10am – Workout 3 announced

Sunday 27th September 10pm – Workout 3 closes

Monday 28th September 10am – Workout 4 announced

Sunday 4th October 10pm – Workout 4 closes

Registration opens on 18th August 2020 for athletes to sign up to the competition.
