ROW Series is an online indoor rowing competition set over a period of four weeks, one workout is released each Monday at 10am and athletes then have until the Sunday at 9pm to complete the workout and upload their score to the website.
All that you need to take part is a Concept 2 indoor rower. All abilities are welcome.
Monday 4th February 10am – Workout 1 (2,000m) opens
Sunday 10th February 9pm – Workout 1 closes
Monday 11th February 10am – Workout 2 (500m) opens
Sunday 17th February 9pm – Workout 2 closes
*Times are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
Registration has now opened for athletes to sign up to the competition.
