ROW Series is an online indoor rowing competition set over a period of four weeks, one workout is released each Monday at 10am and athletes then have until the Sunday at 9pm to complete the workout and upload their score to the website. 

All that you need to take part is a Concept 2 indoor rower.  All abilities are welcome.


Monday 3rd June 10am – Workout 1 announced

Sunday 9th June 9pm – Workout 1 closes

Monday 10th June 10am – Workout 2  announced

Sunday 16th June 9pm – Workout 2 closes

Monday 17th June 10am – Workout 3 announced

Sunday 23rd June 9pm – Workout 3 closes

Monday 24th June 10am – Workout 4 announced

Sunday 30th June 9pm – Workout 4 closes

Registration has now opened for athletes to sign up to the competition.
