Row for 8 minutes at a maximum stroke rate of 28
A) Total Distance in 8 minutes
B) Distance covered in 2nd 2 minute split
The stroke rate for all four splits must be less than or equal 28 and the average stroke rate must be 28 or less. Otherwise score is invalid / void.
Set up your monitor using the Single Time feature, with splits set to 2 minutes.
1 - Select Workout
2 - New Workout
3 - Single Time
4 - Set time to 8:00 minutes
5 - Change Split Length to 2:00 minutes
6 - Select OK and begin
1 - Select Memory
2 - List by Date
3 - All workouts should be listed. Ensure that the top workout is selected.
4 - Select the magnifying glass
5 - Your scores should be displayed
