Set up your monitor using the Intervals: Variable feature. Rolling starts are permitted after the first interval.

2 - New Workout
3 - Intervals
3 - Intervals: Variable
4 - Interval 1 - Distance
5 - Set distance to 1111m, rest to 4:00 minutes and press OK
6 - Interval 2 - Distance
7 - Set time to 333m, rest to 1:00 minute and press OK
8 - Interval 3 - Distance
9 - Set time to 444m, rest to 1:00 minute and press OK
10 - Interval 4 - Distance
11 - Set time to 555m, rest to 1:00 minute and press OK
12 - Interval 5 - Distance
13 - Set time to 666m, rest to 0 minutes and press OK
14 - Select No More Intervals and begin

3 - All workouts should be listed. Ensure that the top workout is selected.
4 - Select the magnifying glass
5 - Your scores should be displayed
