See below for instructions on setting up the monitor and how to find the scores you need to submit.

Ski 1,250m Rest 3 minutes
Scores are:
A) Time for 3rd round
B) Total Time
Set up your monitor using the Intervals:Distance feature. Rolling starts are permitted, except for the first rep. Ski must be set up as per below instructions.
Instructions
1 - On the Main Menu, choose Select Workout.
2 - Select New Workout.
3 - Select Intervals:Distance.
4 - On the Set Distance window, set the workout distance to 1,250m.
4 - Set the rest time to 3:00.
5 - The split length and PaceBoat can be set as desired:
6 - Select the checkmark icon to save the workout.
7 - Begin
IMPORTANT: Remember to press "Back" after you have completed 5 intervals.
Instructions
1 - On the Main Menu, choose Memory.
2 - Select List by Date.
3 - All workouts should be listed. Ensure that the top workout is selected.
4 - Select the Magnifying Glass.
5 - Your scores should be displayed
